30-Day Limited Returns Policy

At JCA Barber Supply, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Given the nature of beauty and personal care products, we kindly ask that all returned items remain in new, unused, and unopened condition due to health and hygienic considerations.

Return Guidelines

To facilitate a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• All returned items must display a valid RMA on the package exterior.
• Include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
• Ensure items are postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Package returns securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• We recommend using a shipping service with tracking; upon request, a pre-paid shipping label can be provided (with the cost deducted from your refund).
• Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an error occurred in the order (pre-paid shipping label available upon request).
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed, typically within 10 business days of receiving the return.
• Returns lacking a valid RMA or not meeting the specified guidelines may be refused, sent back, or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion.
